This is difficult, as guests will be coming from many different places. The meeting point is very central. You need to go to Cosijoeza st. 110A, just be sure to be on-time. Please look at the google location here.
The guide cannot take phone calls during the tour so if your are 15 minutes late or less you can send a WhatsApp message or call the WhatsApp number +529515670770. After 15 minutes it becomes very difficult to guess where the guide might be.
We usually end up at “Carvajal! garden, in front of the organic market “La Cosecha” just few blocks away from where we start (map here). But that depends on the dynamics of the group and the tour guide.
Almost never! Dress appropriately for the conditions. During hot days wear sunblock. Comfortable walking shoes are recommended. However, extreme weather will certainly cancel or postpone the tour. Please contact us for updates.

This was the best free walking tour we have done! Carlos what such a great tour guide, even though we were just 3 people, the tour took longer than the estimated 2 hours because he took the time to really show us around, answer the (it felt like) thousands of questions we had and really gave us great recommendations. We had an amazing tour yesterday. Our guide showed us around the city of Oaxaca with many interesting stories and facts about the history. He also recommended us where we can eat local food, go to bars and which museums to visit which was highly helpful.
Uno de los mejores free tours que hemos hecho. Tuvimos la gran suerte de tener a Katia de guía. Sus explicaciones fueron inmejorables y sus recomendaciones excelentes (ella es de la misma ciudad de Oaxaca). I cannot believe this is Carlos’ third tour, it was incredible! I had the honor of being the only person on the tour and he still showed up! Other companies I’ve used would wither cancel the tour without warning or Id have to join the Spanish tour and hope to catch most of the words.
